What keeps a project standing after delivery

Row level data isolation

Every row in the database is guarded by a policy that decides who reads it and who edits it. Even if a public key leaks, each client stays inside their own data.

Backups with a tested restore

Scheduled backups with a restore we have actually run. A failure puts us back at the last clean snapshot, not at zero.

Scheduled jobs inside the database

Reminders, reports and data cleanup run on pg_cron inside the database itself, so they do not stop when an external server does.

Live updates without a reload

Order status, chat and bids reach the screen in the same moment over a Realtime channel.

JWT auth with role based access

Every request carries its identity and its permission. Staff see what belongs to their role and a client sees only their own data.

Testing on real devices before every delivery

Integration tests, performance review and permission checks on physical devices, not on the simulator alone.

Payment & instalments

Split it over up to five payments

Pay in full by bank transfer, or split your project into instalments. The first payment and instalment terms are set by the finance provider.

Al Rajhi Bank Direct bank transfer to the company account. Tamara Split the project into instalments, subject to Tamara terms. MISpay Interest-free instalments under MISpay terms. Madfu Deferred payment in instalments under Madfu terms. Emkan Finance Project financing subject to Emkan eligibility and terms.

How much does a website or an app cost?
A full website starts at SAR 599 and is delivered within 48 hours. An app on the Apple and Google stores is SAR 3,999, and an app with a website tied to it is SAR 4,399, both delivered within two weeks. Prices cover the server, hosting, domain, OTP messages, publishing on both stores, and a full year of support and warranty. A custom project built to your own requirements is priced after a free discovery session, and its value is written into the contract.
How long does a project take?
A website is delivered within 48 hours of content and branding sign-off. An app with a website is delivered within two weeks. Larger custom projects have their timeline set in the contract before work begins, and you know which stage you are in throughout.
Who owns the project and the code?
The source code and the accounts are yours, in your name, after delivery and payment. They are handed over in full and you remain their sole owner. You can move them to any provider you choose at any time.
Do you handle publishing on the stores?
Yes, at no extra cost. We set up the publisher account in your name, upload the app, and follow the App Store and Google Play review through to approval. Developer account fees are paid to the stores directly.
What does support cover after launch?
Technical support and warranty are included for a full year from delivery, covering fault fixes, keeping up with Apple and Google updates, and operational stability. New development outside the project scope is quoted separately and written down before it is built.
And after the first year?
Renewal is your choice, priced at 20% of the project value per year, covering the server, hosting, domain, OTP messages, support and warranty. If you stop there, the code and the accounts stay yours.
How do payments work, and is there instalment?
