An iPhone app for logging belongings with their invoices and warranties
Download on App Store On the App Store
About the project
An iPhone app live on the App Store that gathers everything you own into one record: name, photos, category, brand, serial number, price, purchase date, and location at home or in the office. Purchase invoices, warranty cards, and related files attach to each item, while the app counts down the remaining warranty and alerts a month, a week, and a day before it ends. It runs entirely on the device with no account, no server, and no connection, storing data in a local database behind a Face ID lock.
Key features
A complete record per item with photos, invoices, and warranty card
Local alerts a month, a week, and a day before the warranty ends
Maintenance log with costs and dates, plus PDF reports and CSV sheets
A QR code per item that opens its record when scanned by the camera
Face ID lock and fully on-device operation with no account or server
