How long does delivery take?
An app with a website is delivered within two weeks of branding and content sign-off. A website on its own is delivered within 48 hours. The timeline is written into the contract before work begins.
Why are some projects fixed-price and others quoted after analysis?
The difference is in the pricing and the timeline, not in the code. Your project is built from scratch either way and handed over with source code in your name. The fields shown here are ones we have worked in before, so we already know their screens and features, which is why you get an advertised price and a written timeline from your first message. A new idea outside these fields needs a discovery session to define its scope, and is quoted after that.
Is the project built on my own brand?
Yes. The project is built on your brand, your colours, your fonts, your sections, your prices and your copy from its first line. Any feature outside the field list is quoted separately and written into the contract before we start.
Is technical support included in the price?
Yes. Technical support and warranty are included at no extra cost for a full year from delivery, covering fault fixes and keeping up with Apple and Google updates.
What happens in the second year?
Renewal is your choice, priced at 20% of the project value per year, covering the server, hosting, domain, OTP messages, support and warranty. If you choose not to renew, the code and the accounts stay yours and move to any provider.
Who owns the code?
The source code and the accounts are yours, in your name, after delivery and payment, and are handed over in full.
How do I pay, and is there instalment?
You can pay in full by bank transfer to Al Rajhi, or split it over up to five payments through Tamara, MISpay, Madfu or Emkan. Instalment approval and the first payment are decided by the finance provider under its own terms.
Do you publish the app on the stores?
Yes. We set up the account in your name, upload the app and follow the App Store and Google Play review through to approval, at no cost to you. Developer account fees are paid to the stores directly.
