Quick answer
Horizon Tech (Ofq Tech) is a Saudi software company based in Unayzah, Al-Qassim, registered under unified national number 7053903782, working remotely with clients in every region of the Kingdom at fixed published prices: a basic website for SAR 599 delivered within 48 hours of content and brand approval, a mobile app on the Apple and Google stores for SAR 3,999, and an app with a linked website for SAR 4,399. You never need to visit: analysis, screen approval, testing and handover all happen remotely, and the source code and accounts are delivered in your name.
Who we are and where we work
We are a Saudi company located in Unayzah, Al-Qassim, building websites, mobile apps and business systems for owners in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Buraydah, Unayzah and the rest of the Kingdom. Daily communication runs over WhatsApp on 0564450461 and video calls, so there is no practical difference between a client down the street and one in Abha or Tabuk.
We work with a fixed stack: Flutter for apps, one codebase for iPhone and Android, and Next.js and React for websites and platforms. In client projects we integrate mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, plus Tabby and Tamara for instalments. Our apps are live on the App Store and you can try them from the portfolio before you talk to us. More about the company on our about page and on software company in Saudi Arabia.
How a remote project runs with Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam
- Analysis session: a call or video meeting to understand your business and what you need. For the published packages it is short because the scope is known; for custom projects, multi-vendor marketplaces and business systems it is free and ends with a written scope, value and duration that go into the contract.
- Screen approval: you receive the app screens or website pages on a link and approve or request changes before any code is written. Changing a design is far cheaper than changing code.
- Test links: a staging link for the website, and a test build you install on your own phone for the app, before publishing to the stores. You test and send written feedback.
- Account handover: after launch you receive the domain, hosting, store accounts, database and source code in your name, with a short run book explaining where everything lives.
The website package is delivered within 48 hours of content and brand approval. The app packages start from 14 days depending on scope, and the duration is written into the contract.
What differs in our contract and pricing
| Item | With us | Common in the market |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Published before any call: website SAR 599, app SAR 3,999, app with website SAR 4,399 | A quote after a meeting, varying by client for the same scope |
| Duration | Written in the contract: 48 hours for the website after content approval, from 14 days for the app depending on scope | A verbal estimate or "as soon as possible" |
| First year | Included: server, hosting, domain, SSL certificate, OTP messages, store publishing, support and warranty | Often separate line items that appear after signing |
| Renewal | Optional from year two at 20% of the contract value per year, no auto renewal, covering operation and support as per the contract | An annual subscription that may renew automatically |
| Ownership | Source code and accounts delivered in the client's name | Varies, accounts may stay with the vendor |
| Payment | Bank transfer to Al Rajhi, or up to five instalments via Tamara, MISpay, Madfu or Emkan subject to the provider's approval | A large upfront payment by transfer only |
Renewal covers operation and support only; it does not include new features or a new design. Full details on the pricing page.
Work delivered from Unayzah
The best way to judge a software company is to install one of its apps and use it for five minutes. Three published examples: S1R, a car care booking app live on the App Store; GatherServe, a hospitality and catering marketplace app with a linked website; and Athr, an iPhone app for logging belongings with their invoices and warranties. All of them were built from Unayzah for clients in different cities.
How to vet any software company before signing
- Registration: ask for the unified national number and verify it on the Saudi Business Center website. Ours is 7053903782.
- A published app you can try: not screenshots or a demo video. Search the App Store and install it.
- A written price that separates what the first year includes from what is paid later.
- An ownership clause: who owns the source code and whose name is on the store and domain accounts.
- Renewal terms: optional or automatic, at what rate, covering what.
- Handover: ask "how do you hand over the project" and listen for a specific answer.
